  • What documents are required while submitting the Application form?
    Upload following documents (scan or electronic copy)
    1. Leaving Certificate
    2. Standard X mark sheet
    3. Caste certificate (if applicable)
    4. EWS certificate (if applicable)

    • Without caste certificate student will be treated as OPEN candidate.
    • Other state Caste certificate is not valid.

If you do not have copy of any above documents then you need to sign the undertaking, as per the link bellow (signed by any one of the parents or legal guardian only. Not by the students)

  • How to make the fees payment - online or offline?
    ONLINE payments only, please refer JUNIOR-COLLEGE-BANK-DETAILS section at the bottom of this FAQ’s list.

  • Is it necessary to submit hard copies of documents?
    No. Not at the time of application form

  • When the classes of FYJC will begin?
    As per Directorate of Education, (Secondary and Higher Secondary) Maharashtra State, rule unless and until 75% admissions are not done, junior college is not permitted to start the classes. We will inform all the admitted students in due course about the start date of classes.

  • Do you have the hostel facility? What are the rules to apply for hostel facility?
    Yes, for both boys and girls hostels are available. It is given to needy and deserving student as per merit.

  • The lectures will be conducted online or offline this year (Academic Year 2020-21)?
    In the present scenario, lectures will be completely ON LINE due to COVID-19 pandemic. If there are any changes, that will be informed to you in due course.

  • When we can submit leaving certificate, mark lists, caste certificate (if applicable), or any required certificate physically?
    All the documents will be accepted once it is conducive to come to college for OFF line interaction sessions. This will be informed by proper communication channel.
    Note: Migration certificate of all students other than Maharashtra State Board students is mandatory.

  • What is the policy of fees refund after cancellation of admission?
    As per applicable rules 100% fees will be refunded (subject to deduction of Rs. 250/- as processing charges) till the last round of centralised admission process.
    If admission is cancelled post all rounds of centralised admission process the case will be referred to the Management of the Junior college and refund if any will be paid accordingly.
